Tennis Elbow.
30 yrs old M, is diagnosed with Tennis Elbow. He is having on & on pain since 6 months. Not a K/C/O HTN,T2DM & CAD. The pain is relieved when he is taking muscle relaxants like Zerodol-TH,Tinazidine. But when stopped,the pain again continues.. He took Physiotherapy also.But when stopped again the pain continues. S.uric acid-WNL. RA Factor- WNL. Anti- CCP levels- Not raised. S. Vit B12 levels- WNL. S. Vit D3 levels- WNL What is the permament treatment as the patient can't depend upon NSAIDs & Muscle Relaxants for long.

Can try inntalesional steroids if intractable after rest, physiotherapy And splints can help Avoid twisting moments for a while
Check what is the action that is causing repetitive injury to wrist extensor muscles at their origin at the lateral epicondly. Modify work positions. Some times splints will help. Also check for neck stiffness, on occasion a pain like tennis elbow is usually a referred pain from neck.. hope this helps
Physiotherapy to be continued and analgesics for local application. Avoid oral NSAIDs

Hii this patient had left side brachial plexopathy cabg done in 2014. now get relief with medication.. but now he came with Right shoulder pain flexion is 90 abduction is 70 all painful movements..I checked resisted movt. Empty can and rotation all painful.. he had mild pain frm march and range was full that time.. frm 2- 3 days range reduced.. And while he is sleeping supine unable to put shoulder down.. and patient is having pain at the marked region only.. not at shoulder tip or else.. What can b d cause??
