A 76 year-old man presents with a florid spreading violaceous rash over most of his body. He noticed it on his feet when he awoke at 7am and it is now 3pm. His observations are unremarkable. He has no fever, and the rash is slightly itchy. The day previously he had received intravenous 5FU for Duke’s B stage bowel cancer. He is taking no other medication. He mentions that he has had a dry cough which he has not told his oncologist about. Q1. What is this skin manifestation ? Q2. What underlying pathological process does this imply?

A 30 year old healthy female complaints of suprapubic rashes that are present for past 6 months. She is not on any medications. No known allergies. Also noticed rash on the right elbow and elbow fold. All these rashes are very itchy. On inspection 4*3 cm suprapubic uniform rash present which is slightly red due to itching. No scaling, slightly hyperkeratotic. Any thoughts?

25 yer old male with c/o rash for 3 months. Treatment initiated with topical antifungal and PO Bactrim. Symptoms worsened & we added terbinafine. Symptoms have continued to worsen.
