Transsphincteric perianal fistula is a challenging case Complete removal of fistula is very important and at the same time preservation of anal sphincter is very important Complex surgery nicely performed - well done

Thank you doctor

Perianal abscess due to transsphenteric fistula Your efforts are appriciable but fall short off somewhere As recurrence bcz complete dissection missed or if was done even than recurrence are known He will need second surgery But try conservative first Seat bath with betadine or savolon Locally anometerogyl oint twice daily Orally tab cefixime+ofloxacin 1bd Ppis Antiinflamatory Bulk laxatives

? ANORECTAL..ABSCESS..WITH .. FISTULA..ON RT..SIDE.. NEED'S.. SURGICAL INTERVENTION..
