60/M presented with intussuception which was relieved conservatively. On evaluation found to have growth at distal ileum. On exp laparotomy a 4×4cm growth ~30cm from IC junction found. Resection with 5cm margin and primary end to endo anastomosis done. HPE turned out to be GIST.

65/M patient presented with cheif complaints of pain abdomen;Xray shows free gas under the Rt. side of diaphragm..planned for laparatomy..suspecting hollow viscus perforation. On laparotomy purulent perotoneal fluid with a growth at jejunum at around 20cm away from DJ flexure of size 5×6cm with multiple mysenteric lymphnodes of 2×3cm... RA done and FJ given. Biopsy sent.... what's the best procedure could have been done in this case....or is it adequate what have been done toà tackle the situation...
