This 5 year old girl having last night redness in eye without itching c/o fever what the Dx and Rx?

Subconjunctival haemorrhages may occur after fever.After reassurance for its spontaneous disappearance use some topical antibiotic and if cause is found out treat accordingly.

Sub conjunctival haemorhage..may be secondary to viral infections like adeno virus, secondary to coughing sneezing,..generally self resolving in 7-10 days..artificial tear may help
