THIS IS A 12 YEARS OLD GIRL HAS HAD PEFORATING CORNEAL TEAR FOLLOWING INJURY WITH A NAIL WHICH RESULTED IN A VERTICLE FULL THICKNESS CORNEAL TEAR IT WAS NICELY STICHED AND REPAIRED IN MEDCAL COLEGE HOSPITAL LATER PATIENT HAD TR CATRACT WITH 25 DEGREES ESOTROPIA I PERFORMED 3 OPERATIONS BY PUTINF A SCLERAL FIXATED POST C IOL AND LATED DID COSMOTIC SQUINT CORRECTION ALTHOUGH PT UNDERWENT 3 MAJOR OPERATIONS YET SHE HAS A USEFUL VISION OF 6 36
