Its pustules . Neonatal pustular melanosis . Treatment tropical mupirocin or fusidic acid . Cbc crp to r/o sepsis too . As its extensive . If positive need to give iv antibiotics n send blood c/s . Mostly caused by streptococcus or staphylococcus .

Neonatal pustular melonosis Adv. CBC, CRP. to rule out sepsis If confirmed give parenteral antibiotics. × 10d Topical mupirocin application twice a day × 10d

Neonatarl pustular lesions.mupirocin cream locally. Send bloood for sepsis screening. Start antibiotics iv if needed.
