this kind of lesions over face,neck,chest area wit itching..diagnosis nd treatment??

pleomorphism, distribution and itching, age shows s/s of chicken pox

chicken pox rash starts from central to peripheral areas which is usually missed by parents. itching is present in lesions (reason for excoriation). associated fever may be mild grade. atypical presentations of chicken pox are not uncommon especially in children nowadays.

Chicken pox

no history of fever,and it is with itching, which is not found in early stage of chicken pox.c.p. mostly effects central part of body rather than periphery. so ,it is c.pox,a bit doubts.

Chickenpox

If other family members are also affected, do treat concomitantly for scabies also..plus a brief history is also required regarding symptomatology..
