Cobbler's sign is suggestive of footwear caused allergic dermatitis. Micanazole.+ CLOBATASOL + Salicylic acid
Obviously chronic contact dermatitis Moisturizer Cetrizine,1bd Ointment betamethasoneGM
Chronic eczema with Id reaction Tab levocetrizine with montelukast at night Warm water soaks ten minutes once a day Clobetasone cream twice and moisturizers once a day

DX?. . a 45 yr old man came to me for this type of lesions since 1 month. there are small pustules with no any oozing. scattered only anterior aspect of right elbow. itching is on and off. no burning and pain. not more. . no any history of major medical oR surgical illness. . Occupation. meal worker. . AMBITHERMAL. . P/G .are common. . mentally calm and business minded. don't interrupt others matters. follows his own work. . probable ayush management.
