GERD Needs further investigations and evaluation to conclude diagnosis and line of treatment. Avoid spicy oily and fast food. Plenty of liquid daily in small quantity frequently. Change in the life style.

This may be of gastro eodophageal reflux disease is due incomplete closure of the oesophageal opening to stomach due incompetency of the sphincter . As a result there is regurgitation of stomach content to lower part oesophagous with burning sensation ( heart burn) and retro sternal pain like angina pain Treatment A change of life style B. Avoid spicy food C small frequent meals D. PPI.
