Throat lesions and infections, bad breath

C/o itchy scratchy throat every after meals Hx dryness, scratchyness, hoarse voice, dry mouth at night, sometimes coated tongue and bad breathe for last 3 yrs and aggressive for last 6 months., antibiotics don't seem to help. Anti allergic give temporary relief. Dx? Rx?

Patient had history of Gerd so ppi were recommended on further evaluation it turned out to be tonsiloliths in the crypts. After removing tonsil stones patient acquired relief.

Hyper acidity of throat sit one hr after dinner rebe DSR bd keep chewing at night so you will have good salivation in mouth

Mostly Laryngo-pharyngeal reflex...... If not relieved by PPI plan for videolaryngoscopy

Larengeal polyps. GERD...Ch.Lyrengitis. HP biopsy is adviced.

Thanks for ur valuable advice actually patient has GERD since 2015 and has lost weight from 53 to 39 besides experiencing myalgia and acid eructations, often experiences hyperacidity and was on ppi and atiacids for 2 3 yrs.

Acid reflux in larynx. Advice ppi before meal.
