Tinea infection

29/f c/o severe itching on this site {left inguinal} since 1 wk occasionally c/o leucorrhea on examination, such eruptions r found non diabetic. no any major illness please help with the treatment line and diagnosis.. is it directing towards fungal infection? or something else, no clear border is present on the eruptions

If pt had used any kind of ointment....cannot get real picture of eruptions.....wait for a time while original eruption come, till then control itching and use v-wash

Herpes simplex Please give famclovir 400 five times a day And ocuvir for local application Keep area hygenic Levocet bd for itching Please take detail case history
