Euthyroid goitre... need to observe thyroid function and size of nodule. Radio-isotope imaging scan for further planning.
Confirm with nuclear scan that nodule is benign and goitrous only Hemithyrroidactomy advisable
Nodullar Colloidal Goitre Hamsapathyadi kashayam and Kanchanaraglggulu two times a day .Varunadi kashayam also two times a day .External application Nandhiyarvattadi lepam.
Ad RAIUS to rule out cold nodule
Remove and do Histopathological examination
