Migraine is an instant manifestation Hence no prophylaxis could be advised Only treatment sumitryptan is carried on in breaks Yes flunarzune (sibelium) Propanolol Domcet can be considered

Sir, for prophylaxis we have several options, but have to customise as per the patient profile Widely we use propranolol, amitryptline, flunarizine to name a few, Also topiramate but not in young females and in pregnant females Migraine preventive Rx as per evidences Level A - Metoprolol, Propranolol, Topiramate Level B - Amitryptline Mixed evidence is for - Valproate, Venlafaxine, Gabapentin, Flunarizine For migraine patient u can advise a nutraceutical, which I do too Tab Migreim once daily for 2 weeks

Consider valproate 500 od ( valance) for around 6 months.

For migraine Rx Abhyadi qwath BD Galo gha tab 1bd Panxhsakar powder HS for 2 fo 3 weeks.

Valproàte 500 naproxen

T. Xenadom -500mg (Naproxen sodium and Domperidone)... Taken at the time of onset.. More effective.

Nortryptaline, sod. valproate,

Topamax, Amitriptyline, B2 & Magnesium.
