Majority of hemangioma may initially increase in size and later on reduce and disappear as the age advances Adv Conservative treatment and observation

Most hemangiomas that need medical treatment are treated with medicines called beta blockers. Propranolol is a beta blocker (part of a class of drugs used to manage problems in the heart) that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat infantile hemangioma.

Hemangioma is a benign growth of blood vessels and in most cases it is self limited and no tt required. Shud wait and watch up to 2 to 3 yrs of age. In few cases may need medicinal tt by beta blockers (Propranolol) aft age of 2 to 3 yrs or before school going. In very few cases Surgical tt may require by Specialist doctor.
