@@@@@ Chief Complaints Pain and difficulty in finger Flexion, locking finger in Flexion Management Trigger finger is a stenosing tenosynovitis flexor tendon at A1 pully leading to locking and snapping (triggering) while extending flexed finger. Most commonly affects Ring finger and Thump. Symptoms pain during finger movement, night pain. In this patient both middle and ring finger affected. Small wound patient early recovery.
