Trypophobia

MAY BE HELPFUL !! Trypophobia !!!! pophobia is an aversion to the sight of irregular patterns or clusters of small holes or bumps. It is not officially recognized as a mental disorder, but may be diagnosed as a specific phobia if excessive fear and distress occur. People may express only disgust to trypophobic imageryAccording to one of the most popular theories,trypophobia is an evolutionary response to things that are associated with disease or danger. Diseased skin, parasites, and other infectious conditions, for example, may be characterized by such holes or humps. Treatment is medications such as beta-blockers and sedatives to help reduce anxiety and panic symptoms. relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing and yoga.

Trypophobia. Nicely discussed Sir. For management sedatives To help Reduce Anxiety and panic Symptoms Ayurvedic Herbs Ashwagandha,Shankha pushpi,Brahmi,are may be helpful.with Yoga Pranayama and meditation more helpful.

Officially not recognized as mental Disease.i have not seen any any such case till date .
