59 yrs old female, a/k/c of MDR TB on treatment with inj kanamycin, moxifloxacin, high dose INH, ethionamide, clofazamine, ethambutol, pyrazinamide for the past 3 months , now presents with vesicular lesions in lt leg for the past 4 days, lesions are burning in nature. whether it is a hypersensitive reaction to ATT or HERPES ZOSTER .
