Age -61 year male ,Patient severely Dehydrated and Sneezing , tiredness , Restless since 2 week Also he's suffering from Type 2 DIABETES Mellitus . Chief Complaints Night blindness , Leg cramps, ABDOMINAL pain , difficult in breath , He's was not sleep Well , patient Telling I'm Habit for Narcotic Addicted ( Tobacco, Alcoholism ) Diagnosis Please suggest the RX? DX?

रोगी मधुमेह जनित दुष्ट व्रण से पीड़ित है। चिकित्सा,,,,, मधुमेह को नियंत्रित करें इस के लिए,,, बसंत कुसुमाकर रस 1 रत्ती शहद में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम सेवन कराएं। गैंदा के फूल और हल्दी को गाय के मूत्र में पीसकर लेप करें और फिर उस पर पट्टी बांध दें अगले दिन सुबह गाय के मूत्र से धो लें और फिर यही कार्य करें। निश्चित रूप से लाभ होगा। रोगी को मीठा नहीं खाना चाहिए। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 40 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।

70 yo man k/c/o dm & htn since 8 yrs. recently diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy. has on & off pain & swelling in rt foot phalenges only which comes back after stopping nsaids. x-ray shows no fracture.uric acid normal. 2d echo,Doppler right lower leg & ecg was done. serum creat,hgt, hba1c,lipid profile within normal limits.please interpret ecg n correlate with Doppler study & suggest further treatment

Patient known diabetic on oral medication Complaints of double vision acute onset With insulin therapy his eye ball movement become normalized and double vision disappeared. A 65 year old female presented with this wound over the leg. He has an uncontrolled diabetic and she is a cardiac compromised obese female. Wound is post debridement for cellulitis. It was operated elsewhere. Dressing with honey showing changes over a period of two weeks. What will you suggest for the treatment?
