This seems to ase of necrotising fasciatis following poisonous snake. Initially after the bite by a poisonous snake there is formation of haemorrhagic bullae followed by sepsis, a certain percentage of the pt develops the necrotising fasciatis due to some under risk factor disease. Morganelli morganii is the pathogen found on culture Treatment initially after given of theAVS this happens Fasciatomy to be done urgently after Tha when there is demarcation develops total debribement of the of all the dead tissue to be done on regular basis while dressing till the wound is healthy and there is healthy granulation tissue formation Then split skin grafting may done. ,
