Upper abdomen heaviness

A 67-year-old male complaints of upper abdomen heaviness and digestion problem. He had a bypass surgery long back (around 15 years back or more) and is on medication for the same. He also had undergone surgery for hernia around 7-8 years back. He also is slightly hard of hearing and taking homeopathic medicine for that. His report of the USG whole abdomen is attached below. His previous ultrasound also showed ectopic/missing right kidney. What is your opinion on this case? What other investigations should be advised?

History of multiple surgeries Absent rt kidney needs to confirm by ct abdomen or ivp Gastric complaints are likely GERD and to be treated as that
