urine problem

74/F,c/o soiling of inner wear,frequent bleeding. Difficulty in micturition,burning pain on micturition.Suggest management.

25 years female Multiple vesicular lesions on the back throughout the body sine 8 months Burning and itching No fever No extramarital contact Her husband have bad contacts.

5 year old child 3 days suffering cough ,fever 100 f, body pain, blister appeared on body & burning sensation, itching around blister please suggest diagnosed and treatment

27yr F has come yesterday with c/o body pain headache and throat irrtation and fever with shivering and mild cough she had 2or3 vomiting before that . o/e she is febrile temp 101 f pulse 100/bpm bp 100/70 no dehydration .in my area as earlier i have notified it is endamic with swine flue ie h1n1. so she was given paracetamol650mg tds and Azithromycin 500mg od . today morning she has not taken any medication but noted rashes as in picture predominently on face no burning no itching etc o/e rashes are discreet and all over mainly face on hard palate and soft palate also suspicious for kopliks spot. so confusion is .are these rashes of d/d 1 swine flu 2 G measales 3 dengue fever or 4 drug induced . can you help me in dx

she is a 9 yrs old girl. has dese genital lesions fr abt 5 yrs. lesions r vry itchy n foul smelling. d whitish layer can not b wipped/removed n in doin so she has severe pain. no lesions anywhr in body, no burning micturition. as per her mother she had h/o urinary incontinence (dribblin of urine aftr completion of micturition) bt presently she is continent. she has been takin treatment fr it since its appearance bt nvr got fully relieved. she has no medical history of chronic disease. no sexual abuse history. dd n treatment??
