uti, bph, renal calculi

Uti .. Currently Pus cell 4-5,rest r normal.. On ofloxacin 200 bd.. Veltram plus od for 2wk .. No symptoms currently.. Shd continue with antibiotic??.. And any medicine for renal stones 2.3 mm..??

No need of treatment for renal stone It is very small UTI seems to be resolved, antibiotic can be stopped Tablet Urotone (Bethanechol) 25 mg one tablet three times a day can be given if you desire to prevent relapse of infection

Gr2 BPH is main cause of recurrent uti Add cap silodosyn +Dutasteride 8mg 1od at bedtime Rest are not required

Hydrotherapy Or Syp NEERI 2 tsf tds Tab Calcure 2 tds Plenty of fluids Alkacitron 2 tsf tds

If patient is having obstructive urinary symptoms BPH should be considered as primary cause of UTI As prostate is moderate enlarged it requires medicinal management Tab. Himplasia 1 bid for 3 months Repeat USG prostate If no relief Better to go for TURP
