vaginal mass

A 38 y/o female with h/o total abdominal hysterectomy for granulosa cell tumor of the right ovary presented with retroperitoneal mass 7 months back. Surgery was performed again with left lymph node removal & pelvic radiation. 7 months later she again shows the recurrence of tumor in the vagina. What should be the next step in management?

Reoccurrence of tumour means Malignant nature . Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and extent of area involved and assessment and vitals study ,nature of treatment is chemoradiotherapy and palliative therapy. Regular monitoring and constant evaluation required.

What was the histopathology involved both the times. Pl text the detail history and investigations.

Recurrence shows malignant nture of tumor Now possibilities are palliative therapy with chemoradiotherapy only
