58-year-old male complains of nonpainful, nonpitting edema in his left leg that started a month ago, a few days after he fell and hit the left side of his body. He claims to have stayed in the hospital for two weeks, during which several venous ultrasounds of his leg ruled out thrombosis and an ultrasound of his abdomen revealed signs of cirrhosis with portal hypertension (alcoholic; asymptomatic; mild lab abnormalities). Give your opinion.

32 year old male, not a known case of any major medical or surgical illness, presents with unilateral right upper limb dilatation of veins. The dilatation was present since his birth and initially was extending to his right shoulder, but with age it is now present only in right forearm and arm. He does not complain of any weakness, paresis, difficulty in moving hand or doing any work. It is not affecting his daily routine. Looking at the abnormality, it more of appears as a cosmetic disfigurement, rather than a disability per se. No past hx of accident, trauma, tumour. No addictions, hx of medications. The patient says, he has this condition since his birth, his mother gives history of Normal vaginal delivery. What could be the differentials for this?
