⁰it is broad complex tachycardia. It is VT.immediate elctroconversion .then put him on iv amiadrone bolus and infusion. Pl go for cardiac enzymes 2d echo .sequential ecgs.if it is STEMI go for thrombolysis/ coronary intervention. If there is hypotension pl start vasopressors. If Acs / infarction pl start double antiplatelet agents LMWH statins

Pt complains severe chest pain, so it favours Monomorphic ventricular tachycardia secondary to acute coronary syndrome,if patient is unstable ,we can give dc shock and if pt is stable we can give lidocaine injection once VT confirmed due to ACS ,we should start reperfusion therapy via lysis or stent

Monomorphic VT . ? Caused by ACS Electrical conversion followed by IV amiadarone . Need to check electrolytes ,ABG . ,troponin Further decision after sinus rhythm is restored .

Ventricular tachycardia.

After cardioversion
