Considering bone metastasis in a case of Carcinoma of prostate - it means it is an advanced CA prostate and a bone or PET SCAN must have been done . Treatment for metastasis will be . Ing Leuprolide 22.5 mg every 3 months Tab bicalutamide 50 Mg daily . For voiding difficulty- Tab Silodosin 8 mg bed time is indicated

? BPH ..WITH.. HEMATOMA.. NEED.. FURTHER EVALUATION WITH EXPERTS OPINION TO CONCLUDE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT..

Alpha blocker.. Urine Micro & Culture.. HBA1C..?

Firstly chemotherapy with radiotherapy is only treatment & go for PET scan
