Vomiting & Pain in abdomen

31 year old male presents with a few episodes of vomiting, and severe abdominal pain from past few days. On examination Temp-100.1F, BP 124/82 mm of hg HR 104/min SpO2 96 % Abdomen non tender, no organomegally His recent investigations include: WBC 16.7, lipase 78, LFTs WNL. Triglycerides >1293. What can be done in this case?

gastroenteritis Mustakaristha and kutajaristha equally mixed 2 tsp plus Giloy satwa 1pinch thrice daily with equal water after food.Madiphala rasayan 2 tsp twice daily before food.Lot of fluids . Buttermilk with a.pinch of salt.
