Oesophageol ulcer Ask for Endoscopy,CECT of ABDOMEN

An upper G I.Bleed . Needs OGD to evaluate cause and source of bleeding . Could be acute gastric erosions or a gastric or a duodenal ulcer . Treatment only after the endoscopy Meanwhile- give liq, sucralfate 2 tsf × 6 hourly and Pantoprazole 40 mg B.D

It’s can be variceal bleed. Gastroscopy is needed to ruleout Gastric or duodenal erosions or ulcer.

Blood e vomit, suggest pathology of upper GI tract, endoscopy needed,

Diagnosis cbc and lft and kft and esr and montu test
