Vomiting with blood

A 37-year-old female complains that she is feeling nauseated and not feeling well since yesterday and tomorrow she had 1 episode of vomiting with blood in it and abdominal pain. No history of any such episode in past. No blood in stools. On arrival BP was 110/70 mmHg, heart rate was 110 bpm. The chest examination normal. Blood profile: Hb – 100g/L PLT – 500 WCC – 9.5 What could be the cause for her condition?
