63 year old male had an episode of central chest pain lasting for 10-15 minutes.Pain improved with rest.Taken to clinic ECG done is attached here. Patient is vitally stable.No comorbidities.What is ur interpretation of ECG ??@Dr. Pitamberdas Lalwani

Thanks for d reply doctors..it's Wellens Syndrome Type A which signifies critical LAD occlusion. Patient was shifted to cathlab from small Hospital of a town in Maharashtra n CAG done showed tight LAD occlusion..PTCA done.
