50 yr male having psoriasis since 6 months non dabetic ,c/o severe itching and burning sensation what to do?

A56 year old female presented with many well-demarcated, red plaques covered with white silvery scales on the lower limbs and trunk. She claimed exacerbation of her lesions on psychological upsets. No itching and non painful. My diagnosis is psoriasis. Please post your diagnosis and best treatment approach.

Case -1 40 yrs old female with complaints of severe itching over the both palm since more than 4 yrs, after severe itching bleeding(+) sometimes . Symptoms < from in contact with water in any form . No particular ameliorating point . Previous H/O treatment -Allopathy . Now she wanted to try different system . Kindly suggest Dx n Remedy.??

28 year old female present with these skin lesion over the legs since 2 months. itching, scaly rashes are present. patient also complaints of knee joint pain. no fever no h/o dm or other comorbidity. what is the diagnosis and treatment for this condition.
