We received in our pediatric ED a 37 weeks term baby, intubated and in an incubator. Basic and advanced neonatal reanimation was given, and we took this chest #X-ray. Sadly, the baby passed away just hours after arrival. What's your diagnosis?

A full-term male neonate born at 39 weeks 4 days via spontaneous vaginal delivery developed respiratory distress at seven minutes of life. He was started on continuous positive airway pressure at 5 cmH2O shortly after, and this treatment was increased to 7 cmH2O minutes later due to continued increased work of breathing. A chest radiograph was subsequently obtained. Whats possible diagnosis and further treatment
