Coz liver functions are involved Jaundice would be the first can be noticed Weight loss & Loss of appetite. Pedal oedema. Confusion.../ Fever Hemetemesis /Passing blood in stool.. Abdominal pain and increased thirst.

Alcoholic liver disease Classified as ALD and CLD Depending on aetiology and accordingly features are presented Idiopathic like childhood cirrhosis may not exhibit any symptoms and may be detected on clinical examination Acute cases may c/o jaundice Nausea vomiting anorexia weakness and fever CLD with alcohol present with anorexia Involuntary tremors jaundice Pedal oedema PH caput medusae Hepatomegaly or shrunkened liver Hepatosplenomegaly Pt with associated disease s will give h/o respective illness It could drug abuse or drug toxicity as well

LOSS OF APPETITE. WEIGHT LOSS,, GENERALISED WEAKNESS,,LETHARGY,,,CONFUSION,,,NAUSEA,, VOMITTING,HAMETEMESIS,,MALENA,,ON & OFF RELAPSING FEVER,,PAIN & TENDERNESS IN ABDOMEN,,DISTENSION OF ABDOMEN,,,PITTING OEDEMA & SURELY JAUNDICE THAT IS HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA.

* Symptoms - Dry mouth/increased thirst, nausea, pain abdomen, gen weakness, fatigue, yellowish discoloration or sclera/urine, loss of appetite, loss of weight, redness of palms, itching * History of significant alcohol intake (more than 4 usual drinks/day or 14/week for men and >7/week for women) + AUDIT questionnaire * Examination: Hepatosplenomegaly, abdominal distension, icterus, ascites, palmar erythema, RUQ tenderness, testicular atrophy, scratch marks or easy bruising (associated thrombocytopenia), spider angiomata

They are many as such # loss of appetite # generalised weakness # pedal pitting edema # abdominal distension in severe cases # ascites # hyper bilirubinemina Might be helpful👍

Disturbing liver function and loss of appetite, weakness, mental health issues and obsessive disorders.
