Hello... Diet and exercise is the most important key to manage Pre-diabetes. High fibre food to be eaten Avoid sugary drinks Reduce alcohol consumption Plenty of water and plenty of Exercise. Keep a watch on sugar level. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels.

Once it's known the patient is prediabetic, one should strictly adopt proper lifestyle.. Diet n yoga/exercise are to be on priority.. One need to switch to proteins, fibrous diet avoiding carbohydrates, starch.. Intake should be limited according to need n not to ovareat.. Cereals rich in protein that are grown in their places are to be consumed.. Daily morning n evening yoga pranayama, meditation are to be Practiced for 30mins gradually increasing to 45-60mins..if this cannot be done, walking for 30mins is advisable.. One should keep themselves physically active..

रोगी का HB1C का स्तर अगर 6 है तो रोगी प्रिडायबटिक है। अगर यह स्तर 6 से ऊपर जाता है तो रोगी पूर्णतः डायबिटिक हो गया है।
