WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE DIFFERENTIALS!

36yrs female wt 105kgs,hypothyroid, presented with acute watery stools and vomitings,temp 101.4,SPo2 97%,BP was 70/40 mm, dehydrated,pulse was feeble pt was concious,oriented to time and place,bowel sounds present runned a RL and blood picture done.Total wbc count was 22400 Platlets were in normal range.sr.creatinine was 2mg/dl, CRP was 82, post fluid bp raised to 90/60 mm Hg.second fluid NS was runned had a sudden bout of bilious vomiting.had to refer to higher centre.but very sad that I heard the news next day she passed away ..what could I have done better?plz suggest D/D for above clinical presentation?

As the patient is having acute watery diarrhea which caused dehydration and rise in creatinine level... So Give iV fluids and do usg and Repeat serum creatinine

Sepsis?Abdominal cause.. AGE.. Dear Sir,You could advise for Usg Abdomen to know cause..
