Lichenoid lesions at sun exposed parts DD: 1. Lichen Planus Actinicus 2. ? Lichen Planus Like Keratosis (LPLK) 3. ?? PLE-Lichenoid lesions 4. ?? DLE-Lichenoid lesions 5. ???? Rarely Mycosis Fungoides- may develop a lichenoid keratosis–like lesion HP study will help in diagnosis. Meanwhile one may use 1. Physical sun screens 2. Judicious use of local steroid 3. Minimizing sun exposure as far as possible.
