What happened to your pt with post cataract surgery corneal edema & severe iridocyclitis with membrane formation ? ( U had posted this case about a month back ) .

Bilateral disc haemorrhage and edema multiple hard exudates gross arterial attenuation and venous dilatation and macular edema All suggestive of occlusive vasculopathy Most probably hypertensive retinopathy grade 4 Look for bp and increase in ict

Disc margin blurr - disc edema be, with disc haem,multiple hard exudates ,gross arterial attenuation ,macuar edema s/o hypertensive retinopathy grade 4 provided elevated BP (raised ICT to be checked )
