A 35 year old male presents with trauma to hand. While working a metal box fall on this hand. What is the diagnosis and treatment?

Oblique fracture 3rd metacarpal shaft Position can be accepted Volar pop slab in functional position spanning metacarpophalangeal joint Buddy strapping of 2nd and 3rd finger will maintain correct rotation At 4 weeks give a routine dorsal pop slab and mobilise fingers At 6 weeks pop can be discontinued

3rd metacarpal bone #. Pop up cast for 1 month. Tab Shelcal 500- ODHS. Cap DV60 K-weekly 8 weeks. Zerodol P-BDPC 5 days. Tab Aciloc RD-ODAC 10 days. After 1 month Follow up X-ray . Further management.
