A female patient 40 years old 20 days before no complain Chief Complaints C/O Pyrexia Urine retention Abdominal discomfort. 15 days History N/H.......DM . HTN Vitals All vital are normal Bp...110/70mmhg. PR78/min. Spo2....98% temp.normal Physical Examination Abdomen soft......chest. b/l.clear Diagnosis ???ARF Management .

* UTI with associated complications. Adv USG Abdo CT Abdo for finding cause hepatomegaly and splenomegaly. Urine for C/ S X RAY CHEST for TB and CA . Symptomatic treatment till reports complied.
