Gelatinus drop like corneal dystrophy with novel mutatation of TACSTD2 ( Tumor associated grne in combination of spheroidal -degeneration calcium signal transducer2) autosomal recessive disease by drposition of amyloid beneath corneal epithelium

SPHEROIDAL DEGENERATION also known as climatic droplet or hyaline or labrador Keratopathy 1. We notice yellow to golden color droplets which appear oily . This can be either grade 2 or 3 2. treatment can be phototheraputic keratectomy/lamellar/penetrating keratoplasty

S P.K VIRAL KERATITIS STATUS DENDRITIC KERATITS CYCLOGYL.EYE DROPS ONE DROP 3 TIMES A DAY ACYLOVIR EYE OUNT 5 TIMES A DAY MOXAFLOXINE EYE DROPS ,3 TIMES A DAY NON STERIODAL ANTIINFLAMMATORY EYE DROPS ONE DROP 3 TIMES A DAY ARTIFICIAL TEARS EYE DROPS ONE DROP 3 TIMES A DAY REGULAR REVIEWING OF PT

This is band shaped keratopathy...and treatment is LASER PTK REMOVAL....

Pterygium encroached cornea. Surgical interference is needed

Pterigium occurs commonly from medial to lateral

Pterygium.

It looks like spheroidal degeneration of cornea ( yellow droplet lesions seen) . Treatment can be Scrapping with Bandage contact lens or if vision loss is more we can go for phototherapeutic keratectomy and lamellar keratoplasty.

Cataract with pterygium with xerosis ( Vitamins A deficiency)

looking more like SPHEROIDAL DEGENERATION (grade 2 or 3) t/t should be superficial keratectomy or lamellar keratoplasty

its spheroidal degeneration..hwever pic is not clear..temporal pterygium is also present..bt its not looking like a progressive one..a better pic wil clear the scene
