65 yr female patient came with complaint of Anorexia Loss of sleep Difficulty to open mouth Chief Complaints She has anorexia since last 3 month And complete loss of sleep She can not open her mouth more than 2 finger History No any past major illness Vitals Temp 98 f Bp 100 /60 Pulse 100 /min RR 24
SUGGESTIVE. OF SQUAMOUS. CELL .... CARCINOMA... LT. BUCCAL. MUCOSA... NEEDS MANAGEMENT. ACCORDINGLY
From biopsy it's clear case of WDSCC Refer pts to oncologist With MRI report for further better treatment Without delaying. Surgical management followed by chemotherapy according to staging of CA left buccal mucosa.
Mri for staging... Kindly refer the patient to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or to an surgical oncologist.

A 45-year old lady presented with ulcers over the hard palate for last one month. It's painful and gives history of burning sensation of mouth. She is a chronic pan chewer. Treated with lycopene and multivitamins supplements and local application of triamcinolone 0.1% , lignocaine and glycerine gel and hexidine mouth gargle. She is feeling better symptomatically after two weeks of treatment with above regimes. Lesions are showing signs of healing. Please advise for further management.

A bangladesh female PT with age in the 30s doesn't speak Arabic or English came with CC: "pain and bleeding!" pointed at right side of the buccal mucosa. She use betel nut and somthing else i don't know what is it "_ biopsy taken and waiting for result. So what do you think of the differential or initial diagnosis?
