THE PROGNOSIS OF MILD IRITIS AFTER CATARCT SURGERY IS VARIABLE FROM THE START WE HAVE TO GIVE PROPER TREATMENT LKE CYCLOGY EYE DROPS ONE'DROP 3 TIMES A DAY PREDNISOLONE EYE DROPS IN TAPERING DOSE MOXAFLOXINE EYE DROPS IN TAPERING DOSE NON STERIODAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EYE DROPS ONE'DROP 3 TIMES A THIS REGIME IS GOING TO PREVENT POST OPERATIVE IRITIS
Mild iritis is due physical trauma usually recovers within 5 with topical steroids and 2% homide
Inflammation of the Iris corticosteroids and antibiotics and homide eyes drops revory of mild iritis..

25 yr male with complaints of DOV in RE since 15 days.. he had intravit triamcinolone injected at some center in RE 12 days ago.. he also had DOV in LE since 8 days for which he had subtenon traimcinolone at a different hospital.. now he came to us with VA of 6/36 in RE and 6/9p in LE.. mantoux was weakly positive.. chest xray wnl.. elisa for HIV non reactive.. OCT shows macular edema in RE.. we started ATT after consulting with pulm med dept along with systemic steroids and topical nsaids suspecting eales with venous occlusion with macular edema.. he cant afford lucentis.. any suggestions regarding DD and management?

widespread ulcerative lesions present since 2 months in oral cavity, eye and genitals..no h/o medication, hiv, blood investigation all Normal.. biopsy gives allergic reaction...I was thinking in terms of vesiculobullous lesions.. patient is poor to go for other investigations..plz suggest diagnosis and treatment plan..
