A 65 years old man c/o generalised abdominal pain since 3days. Some times pain is violent in nature. Otherwise boring pain. At times rumbling of abdomen. No nausea or vomiting. o/e pain felt in the lower right abdomen. USG report attached herwith. Please suggest medical and general management.
