What is the diagnosis?
35 yr female, Left breast lump x 1 month. No breastfeeding history. Youngest child 7 yrs. Mild pain in swelling. Vitals stable. Lump present at left lower inner quadrant. Round margin, easily palpable. O/ A pus came out. Smears examined shows necrotic background along with inflammatory cells mainly comprising of polymorphs, lymphocytes, foamy histiocytes and occasional plasma cells.
Organising abscess with cystic change. Few squamous cells and many cyst macrophages seen. Sug. Aspirations for bacterial culture and cbnaat Dd. Plasma cell mastitis with cystic change. Subareolar abscess(Zuska's disease) Sug. Bx
