Tingling numbneas in both arms. Chief Complaints Tingling numbneas in both arms. Pain in knee joints. History Not particulars to be noted Physical Examination Slight swelling below eyes Investigations T wave abnormality consider anterior ischemia (ECG reading)
1 . T - wave abnormality is related to inverted T - wave. 2 . Usually indicative of myocardial ischemia may lead to a heart attack. 3 . Anterior ischemia develops due to the blockage of a branch of Left coronary artery ( Left anterior descending artery ) -- blocked partially or more ?. (A serious problem...? chances for widow maker infarction ? ) ( Needs detailed investigations. )

45,m, rt.sciatica, vas7/10, compromised life, MRI shows large disc prolapse, with root compression..no conservative treatment can save the nerve root which is the goal of treatment.. surgery should be the first and only option offerred to such cases..all myths about dangers of surgery and surgery as last resort are improper
