Depends on Age Symptoms Canal stenosis Neurogenic claudication Radiculopathy etc. Case selection is important than fixing or fusing all listhesis

Can be managed conservatively somewhat depending on the symptoms.however it Depends on the type of listhesis ; If it is a retrograde listhesis we can go for extension exercise,if it is an anterograde listhesis we should go for flexion exercises.
