C- Eisenmenger’s Syndrome caused by a congenital cynotic heart defect (typically by a ventricular septal defect ,atrial septal defect, or less commonly, patent ductus arteriosus) causes pulmonary hypertension and eventual reversal of the shunt .

D. Squamous cell lung cancer... Clubbing was observed in 12.5% of patients with lung cancer. Squamous cell carcinoma was frequently associated with clubbing. Clubbing was found in all clinical stages. PaO2 and PaCO2 were normal in patients with lung cancer, which suggests that neither hypoxemia nor hypercapnia caused the clubbing in these patients.
