glaucoma in adults and it's management .
What is the most probable cause or causes for developing glaucoma in one eye any particular reason for sparing another eye and best possible treatment in adults. Thanks in anticipation.
Causes of glaucoma are Closed angle 1 age 2 hypermatured cataract 3 dialated pupil Pressure glaucoma 1 hypertension 2 DM2T 3 pthysis bulbi 4 heridetory As glaucoma is concerned with individual eye and pressures in chambers hence one is affected at a time I have not seen both eyes at a time I hope its helpful

Secondary glaucoma such as Fuch’s syndrome psuedoexfoliation,syndrome, iridocorneal endothelial ICE syndrome in all these syndromes glaucoma occur only in one eye Treatment trabecolectomy with anifibrotic mitomycin or 5- flurouracil have found to be effective
Injury to an eye & Sympatic ophthalmia in other eye
