Dear Doctor, What’s the duration? It looks like “Apthous Stomatitis” The etiolgy includes VitB def., stomach inconsistence, etc. My suggestion is - to Have CBC, - PBF - Antioxidants. - Topical Chlorhexidine gel -Antibiotics, Anti fungal & Steroids topical or Systemic have no role in managing apthous. If patient turns to be megaloblastic anaemic, supplement Vit B12 injections should be prescribed instead of antioxidants. Patient must also be refrained from smoking and alcohol.
