What is the possible diagnosis? Swelling in the upper lip for last 5 years. The swelling is firm to hard in consistency, non- tender, with well demarcated margins from normal tissue.

Most probably cutaneous tuberculosis. Investigation should be accordingly.. What does the FNAC point to? montoux? ESR?

Must be a granulomatous disease. Please get a biopsy done.

Long history, definitely Biopsy for precise diagnosis, seems to be squamous cell or Verricous carcinoma. Neck Lymph nodal involvement?

Biopsy & then management , may be granulomatous disease or verrucous ca as sq is very rapidly growing in this vascular area
